Healthy Veggie Bean Wrap

I wanted something really quick for lunch the other day so I decided to opt for a wrap as it’s super fast and super yummy! I haven’t given weights for ingredients because it’s obviously something you judge by eye and depending on how hungry you are! To be totally honest this isn’t really a recipe or anything, just a quick idea if you fancy something a little fancier than your average cheese sandwich for lunch!

Ingredients:

  • Tortilla wraps
  • Sliced Red Pepper
  • Houmous
  • Mixed bean salad
  • Cheese (optional)

There’s not really a method to this one. Just spread some houmous on to the tortilla and go crazy adding your filling!
